I've gotten to June 2006 in my reading of News from ME from the beginning. Yesterday I read Raisin Cane from June 21, 2006, which I believe is Mark's first mention of his friend, Jim Brochu. I thought this quote was particularly interesting from that post:
Eventually, everything in my life will be connected to everything else in my life.

Norman Jewison, who directed the movie version of Fiddler on the Roof passed away recently, on January 20th.
